History
In 1972, Dile Corporation started operations as a three-client sales promotion marketing and fulfillment company based in Plymouth, Minnesota.
A year later Dile Corporation relocated to Young America, Minnesota, and adopted the name of the town to become Young America Corporation.
Young America Corporation grew rapidly because our clients believed in our value and service, helping us become a consumer engagement marketing industry leader and one of the busiest addresses in the U.S.

In 1996, YA acquired an entire shopping mall to securely store the millions of customer submissions for a national loyalty offer from a major consumer packaged goods client. That promotion still ranks as the largest consumer promotion in history.

In 1999, before everyone owned a cell phone, YA had client relationships with every major wireless carrier in the telecommunications industry. Using our rebate fulfillment solutions, the entire wireless industry was able to kick-start their business by putting cell phones in the hands of customers.
